I spent far, far, FAR too long getting this right, but I think I finally managed it. This has everything you need to get both the Veteran Ranger Armor and the Elite Riot Armor to fit your desired shape. 

Known issues: Minor clipping in the underarm area of both armors, one spot on the right hip of the Veteran Ranger Armor, the pads of your characters feet are visible on the Veteran Ranger Armor, and the mesh of the Riot Armor starts to pull apart at more extreme slider sets as well as during the sneak animation. I did everything I could to eliminate/limit these issues with little success, and anyone more experienced with Bodyslide is more than welcome to improve upon my work.

Installation: Drop the file into SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Fallout 4\Data\Tools\BodySlide\ShapeData 

You will need to open BodySlide and build it to your specific shape. The preview of the Ranger Armor will be off, but it will work just fine in game.
