This is a simple mod that makes a few changes to the Sunshine Tidings Co-Op settlement.

-Fixes the fallen over door in the middle of the settlement.-Repairs the shack without a back wall.-Adds a water source to the settlement.-Replaces the weird post-war outhouses with the far harbor outhouses.

Shouldn't really matter too much.
