Vault 88 Expanded

Expanded the Build Area by adding 2 new rooms and expanding 3 existing areas, and re-aligned East train tunnel, added domestic tunnel which connects Atrium to water treatment area and will align properly on the water plant side.

In order for power to flow through the domestic tunnel you must pick up each piece and and place back down. If you are using place everywhere you must  place down only when green. It is easiest to store 1 domestic tunnel and connect the other pieces first, then replace the stored piece.

Removed all scrap and added to scrap toolbox next to workshop, but left half of Uranium and nuclear material in build area

Before Installation
for existing games where you have built in Vault 88, Load your game and scrap everything in the East tunnel, In the East water treatment room scrap 1 tile radius around east tunnel exit

New Play through
you will need to build wooden stairs to escape the East water treatment room until you've extended your vault to this area.I could add stairs but I want to make it compatible for people installing on exiting
play through.
