A complete overhaul of Nordhagen beach. Find your way in, connect the wires, attract some settlers and start decorating!The master ID card can be traded of the settlers once you saved the male settler from the raiders. Or; it seems that the kid is't that carefull with his one ... So if you go searching in the playground; you might find his.

The settlement has an emergency lockdown (all doors, windows get blocked, and a metal gate rises at the entrance). It also has a master lightcontrol switch to add some atmosphere (or to save some fps during the day if you got a bit of lag because it's a massive, detailed building complex again ... ).
