Adds a new-ish (mashup) armor to the commonwealth. Should be Craftable at the AWKCR armorsmith workbench. There isn't a female version at the moment because I was mostly just making this for personal use, but I can make one if people want it.
This is my first actual mod outside of just editing values, so let me know when you find the bugs that are almost definitely in there somewhere.
