Let's you build a starter kit containing enough materials to get a new settlement going

Permissions and credits
Allows you to craft a shipment-style item at the chemistry station containing enough materials to get started with a new settlement. The starter kit weighs 100 pounds and takes quite a lot of materials to build, all of which are converted directly back into the original components as soon as you craft anything with it (minus what was needed for whatever you built). The intended use is for you to craft it at an established settlement, then carry it to a newly allied/conquered settlement and drop it in the workbench.

You can build whatever you like with it of course, but the materials are just enough to build the following:
2 Heavy Machine Gun Turrets
1 Powered Water Pump
1 Medium Generator
1 Recruitment Beacon
1 Robot Workbench
1 Basic Automatron (with the assumption you'll immediately send it off to establish a supply line with another settlement)


As well as one small shack consisting of:
4 wooden shack foundation blocks
7 wooden wall pieces
4 metal roof pieces
1 doorway
1 door
1 set of wooden stairs
3 Sleeping bags

I rounded up slightly, so there will be a few components left over if you build all that. No DLC or perks are required to craft or use the starter kit, but you'll obviously not be able to build the things that were added by DLC (robots, powered water pump, etc) unless you have that DLC and you can't build the turrets without the Gun Nut perk. You'll also need to have started the Automatron DLC so that you've received the Robot Workbench Schematics.

A few merchants around the Commonwealth (Myrna, Rylee, Carla, Ronnie Shaw) will sell the kits. The base cost is 1,000 caps, which is significantly less than the cost of all the components separately. You will need to make a new Bash patch to avoid conflicts with other mods that add things to vendors.

I wanted to add a small amount of crops as well, but it seems you can't make a useable shipment out of those.
