I had to redo Spectacle Island due to LOD issues with hotel placement. Note that buildings are somewhat placed differently. Make sure you remove items from hotel before installing update so they don't end up stuck through walls or some such. .

Due to CTD reports, I redid this mod. You may notice things in slightly different locations. If you didn't move the chem station or the power armor station you can grab them still via workshop
Spectacle Island Startup is in the series of startup settlement mods that I am going to develop. In this series, I am trying to keep the flavor of the settlements while improving the usability of the settlement and reducing time spent site prepping.
I did something different with this mod. Instead of removing everything, I rebuilt the motel. I don't know how it was originally designed so I improvised. The motel has been navmeshed. Be aware that you still need to clear the island of Mirelurks. The ship and accompanying power is there. If you are interested in scrapping the whole island including the motel and ship, you should be able to. I linked the collision planes that are on those boards leading to the ship and the water circles to the pier supports that are under the boards so that if you scrap the pier supports, those items will go too.

See photo. >All of the materials gained by scrapping and the items that were scattered about Spectacle are located in the tool case on the table by the workbench. To get the item list, I loaded a game with no scrapping mods. I looked at what was available and then placed those items in the tool case. You are not losing anything in the way of materials, you just don't have to do it yourself.
