Before reporting "issues" or "problems" please read the Mod Description and/or Read Me FIRST! Most of the time the answers and help you need are there.

I can't help you if you do not take some basic troubleshooting steps first! Try reinstalling the mod and/or adjust your load order. Re-install manually if you are still having trouble after that.

Recent versions of Nexus Mod Manager have become highly unreliable and seem to have problems installing mods properly, even if they use only the two basic .BA2 archives and an .esp. It really seems to have problems with mods having large archives, such as this mod does. I do not recommend using the download button for any mod file. Use the manual download option and activate the mod locally from your drive. This goes for any mod you use, not just this one.

Please look over the mod description and READ ME file. I have gone to great lengths to add as much information as possible there to not clutter up the description page. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND you read it. The answers to questions you might have are most likely there. Those who ask questions clearly spelled out in the documentation will be sent to the House of Shame.

    Hydra requires your compliance.

A note on the Armor Displays and Robot Workbench:

The Armor Displays and Robot Workbench have a reputation of randomly not spawning the first time a player enters the cell they are in. This is a vanilla issue potentially found in any mod that uses these items and is not exclusive to this one. I personally have never had this happen, but know of other mods and users that have experienced it. If you encounter this issue (in any mod, not just this one) save your game, quit to the desktop, relaunch the game and reload your save. That will fix it. Alternately, quit to the desktop , relaunch the game and reload a save prior to entering the cell and try again.

Full info on other known/potential issues can be found in the Read Me. Please take the time to read it before commenting.

I think those parts are from the DLC addon for Snappy HouseKit.

I recently had an issue with this mod, took some time to figure out and ended up loosing about 100 hours of game play. but for whatever reason with this mod it broke all the npcs dialog script in the game. It made it to where npcs would finish their dialog and my quests would never finish. like I went to give wellington the egg from the quest my PC would spew his line but wellington would just do nothing and dialog would end. or when you go to the memory den to watch your memory, it would never finish. and even when I went to valentine his assistant would just rifle through folders and say their aren't open. after hours of combing through my mods and disabling each one by one, even when loading my current save without the mod in still had everything broken. just to make sure i uninstalled your other better homes and bunker mods thinking it was those to but those had no issue only the coastal cottage bunker. even thinking it was a mod conflict with one of my other many mods and with my other mods reinstalled and the cottage disabled I had no issues until i reinstalled the cottage bunker.

Yo'u need to look elsewhere for whatever is causing your problem. This mod does not touch any vanilla NPC, quest, AI packages or faction records. If you search the comments for the nearly three years since this mod has been released, you'll not find a single report of anything remotely similar to what you describe. Have a look at the mod for yourself in xEdit. In fact, I'd suggest do that with your entire load order and see what is messing with the dialog packages or anything else touching vanilla NPCs. It sure isn't this mod.
EDIT: I also have roughly 98 hours on a live stream character on YouTube, using this mod as the main base. NONE of the issue's you have described are present in my game. In 38,000+ downloads, someone would have mentioned such a thing by now.

There are many tutorials on using xEdit. I'd suggest watching some of the videos by Gamer Poets to help get you started: https://www.youtube.com/user/gamerpoets/search?query=xedit

Thank you, Ive cleaned my dlcs and a couple mods. the funny thing is when I went back to a save where I didnt have any mods, I made a save after exiting the vault. Even with every mod installed as before I have no issues so I really have no clue what the problem was. with my old save if I disabled every mod but the cottage I Still had those issues until I disables that one to so I am at a loss.

Finally, FINALLY made it to the bunker and all I can say is...excellent work as usual, my friend. Worth hours of tense travel (at relatively low level) and all of the dying. When I got down there, I could practically feel the air conditioning, whuffed onto the sofa, Dogmeat on his bed, Cods tending bar. So many of the very best vibes of the Undereground Hideouts, but also very you. I love it. The wife loves it, too.

Finally, Coastal Cottage is worth a damn!

Thanks, xaosbob! Hope it was worth the wait! Yeah, the Underground Hideouts (the FO3 version in particular) are always a huge inspiration.

This is a REALLY good mod. You can interact with almost every single thing available, change lights and so much more. 100% Endorosed. There is only one sad thing. Because its not a settlement, you can't leave or move any companions to it. Its just too big for one person. Too sad you can have dogmeat seat/sleep only if you have it as companion, and if you leave - it just follows you. And Im not asking for workshop, I've seen description. Still, this is 11/10 for me.

      ^this
It's 1 of the 2 or 3 things I refuse to remove AFT from my list for. Also 1 of the reasons I have near every RRTV home in my game sulking up plug-in space lol. Can have my people staying at any of the home locations when not in in my group.

I've noticed i get an odd issue with the letters near the display/crafting areas here and at least also at the Oberland Station Bunker where the letters for Power Armor and such are flickering/overlapping.
Not a huge deal at all , just wasn't sure if anyone else has had similar happen in there games or not.

Nope. Nothing similar has happened in any of my countless playthroughs. In all the years either of those mods have been published, not once has anyone reported such a thing. I've certainly never experienced it. Are you using a mod that alters the meshes and/or textures for the Wasteland Workshop lettering labels?

I'm sure its likely due to something in my mod list. But I've got several workshop related mods so I'm having a hard time pinpinpointing what one might be doing it. I figured I'd ask and see see if anyone else might have stumbled upon the same thing and found a mod conflict causing it lol.
Definitely not a problem tho as it hardly takes away from enjoying the homes haha.
Maybe one day I should dig thru my mods and see if I can discover the culprit.

Game randomly crashes to desktop after about a minute or two inside the bunker. I've uninstalled all my mods, uninstalled and reinstall both fallout and this mod but nothing seems to work. The mod use to work but now all of the sudden it's unplayable.

You've given no information for anyone to help you beyond "Mod used to work. Mod not work now." What has changed about your game and/or hardware between now and when the mod "used to work?" No one here can help with the info (or lack thereof) that you've posted. This hasn't been updated since January 2018 so there are no recent surprise changes that would cause a CTD. If the mod worked fine for you previously, " but now all of the sudden it's unplayable" you've changed something on your end to cause that.

I had downloaded other mods after downloading the bunker mod, but none of them seem to have effected the bunker. Then all of the sudden the game started to crash entering the bunker.Though, I think it is a mod causing this problem now. On the day it started happening I hadn't downloaded any mods so maybe it was after some mods I installed prior to that day changing some files later on that caused it. If it is a mod causing the problem than I've deduced that the mods that might be causing this are Vivid Fallout - All in One https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/25714 since it changes just about every single texture, or it's Fast Travel from Interiors https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/7697 since the bunker already allows you to fast travel to and from it. I haven't tested to see if it is these two mods since I'm having to reinstall fallout 4 again and it's taking an eternity but if it's not the mods causing the problem then I don't know what else it could be. Also the only reason as to why I didn't give any other information is because that's all I had to give. I previously didn't think it was any mods because they weren't giving me any problems before and I hadn't download any new mods prior to the crashes. It just started to randomly crash despite not making any changes.

Okay so I just booted up fallout 4, started a new base game with no mods cause all my saves got deleted, ran around for like a minute, left the game and installed the bunker mod, got back in and used console command to fast travel me to the closest place to the settlement, entered the bunker and about a minute after entering the game crashed to desktop so I don't think it's the two mods I mentioned. Unless F4se has something to do with even though I wasn't playing on f4se I have no clue what the problem could be. I removed any trace of fallout 4 on my computer to make sure that any left over files don't jack up my game and reinstalled the game as if this was the first time I have ever installed fallout 4 but that doesn't seem to have worked.

Okay I may have found a fix for this. I uninstalled all the remaining archived mods on vortex and uninstalled f4se. I went back to the bunker and whenever I got off the elevator I quickly made a save and then exited the game. I got back on and after about 5 minutes of screwing around in the bunker my game did not crashed. Hope it stays that way and I can use this "fix" later on if I need to, unless you have a better idea to fix this.

Anyone else getting strange flickering to being visible and invisible with the character while using or being near the crafting stations?

First I love this Mod. It's an absolute must in my playthrough. Amazing work. I do have one question. I spend a lot of time in the bunker and love the music feature instead of using the pip-boy. Is there a way to add mod radio station to the music player so I can listen to them in the bunker not using the pip-boy? Just to clarify I'm only showing vanilla radio stations but I have a lot of modded stations I like to listen to that don't show up on the list. Thank you again for your amazing work. I made sure to endorse it.

I can't recall exactly but I'm pretty sure you can't. Can't recall for certain though. At that time I made this mod I never though of creating a custom form list for the shelf to accept Vim and other items. Some of my later player home let you put Vim onto the display shelf as I finally figured out how to do it. At some point I might go back and update this one to add that functionality, if it doesn't already do it. No promises as to if/when. But if someone else wants to confirm either way, that would be great.
