This add-on adds flags for the Operators and the Pack to the custom flags inventory in Sim Settlements.

BUGS: Sometimes flags refuse to change; I believe this has to do with distance from the city planner's desk. Moving the desk, replacing the flags, refreshing plots, or moving plots closer to the desk may work.

This mod is provided as is; feel free to improve on it (like adding the remaining raider faction lol). Add me to the credits in that case ;)
