There's a lot of things broken in this mod. For one, main esp makes the cryolator OP not to mention it cannot be modified on a workbench anymore. And then with the combined esp, looking in xEdit the Cryolator has a separate record with alot of records missing. It also explains why the combined plugin has no masters including the base Fallout.esm and most likely other vanilla records have become standalone as well. Overall I feel the mod needs a heavy rework because its very broken right now.
When I tried the single file mod, I was doing massive damage with the cryolator but there were no cryo cells in refrigerators. When I added the combined file all the cryo cells disappeared from the game and the 25-shot cryo cells were replaced by normal ones. Cryolator damage also went down, but that was fair. T The result was that neither the single nor combined mods were very useful, you either did too much damage or the expected ammo-as-loot effect never happened.
Hello, after starting a new game and coming out of the vault , and then finding this interesting mod, what happen if I already picked the cryolator up, as there are bobby pins in a cupboard, and sheer dumb luck I got the case open on 3rd attempt , left the vault , should I still run back down and look around for ammo and read the terminal regardless ? .. Edited Later ok nvm I ran back anyway, found 2 mods the crystallizer one and the other to change the barrel type I think it is , ( cant remember the name ) also I gave myself the sights mod for glow sightsas I couldnt find that down there, just incase it was there ...
You do know you can bring dog meat down here and ask to find something and he'll bring the cryolator every time without picking the lock .. As for my getting the master lock open because I search everywhere I found 6 lock picks in the mirror, and if you understand the picking lock you can get past it without having master skill, ...
Not for nothing, but you might try searching for something (like, maybe, a key?) in the overseer's sleeping quarters. Just saying. (And when I say search, I mean it's hard to see, so look really hard)
The Cryolator is doing a MASSIVE amount of damage to enemies- more so than I think was intended. Its far and above the millions, the level 22 Deathclaw in Concord at the beginning of the game died in a single spray- on Very Hard difficulty, to boot.

Edit: I was replying/ agreeing to Firehawk47's post. In other words, no you couldn't have started a new game and picked a Master lock.
Merged .esp have intended dmg, but doesnt have Weapon Mods in Vault 111
