The Public Domain Cat Paintings mod adds images that are in the public domain or released fully into the public domain via creative commons licenses, and it makes them into canvas-based portrait decorations that you can add to your settlements. As of this version, there are 10 paintings you can craft!
This mod should go in the load order in the same place other add-on decorations are listed. None of the paintings replace existing paintings -- they add to the Decorations/Paintings options in the workshop.

Horatio Henry Couldrey, Harry Whittier Frees, and Carl Reichert
You can find other of these images on public domain/creative commons sites if so inclined (such as Wikimedia Commons) and if you're interested in creating your own paintings mods. Some of these works have been resized or modified (visual matting work) to help with portrait fit. The more modern photographs have been modified to include various Photoshop filters to create a less sharp photograph-style and more artistic-medium version.
