A small mod that adds a settlement workbench to Diamond City.

THIS MOD IS UNSUPPORTED!
I have not worked on this mod in a few years. It's very buggy, as to be completely honest I had no idea what I was doing when I made it. It appears to cause issues with many unrelated things in the DC area, quests and such. Some have reported DC disappearing entirely when certain things are scrapped. I would not recommend using this mod on an active play-through. Use with caution.
UPDATE INFO
I have finished making this into a full blown settlement capable of doing many settlementy things such as get settlers. It also adds a new location and makes many things scrappable without consequence. If any problems arise please inform me.
ABOUT
This is a very small and simple mod that adds a settlement workbench to Diamond City.
We all know Diamond City is a little undersized, and I think we also all know why they did this. But most of us have great PCs and can run a huge city just fine! I know there is mods that fix this, but I also know some people wanna add their personal touch, so thought, why not make it into a settlement? I personally haven't done much testing, but I believe that this should've been in the game already.
HOW TO USE
You should be able to use it as soon as you arrive in diamond city, and it can be found between the two Home Plate entrances on the far side of the market from the market entrance. To use the workbench you cannot hold V, you must walk up to it and interact with it. WARNING: the location may already be discovered even if you haven't been to diamond city, so I don't recommend starting a new game with this installed.
REQUIREMENTS
Fallout 4, Obviously!
Nothing else is required.
INSTALLATION
To install, use a mod manager of your choice.
Or if you're weird and don't wanna do that, just put the file into the FO4 data folder located at:
C:/Program FIles(x86)/Steam/Steamapps/common/Fallout 4/Data.
