As I was in Cabot House the other day, I noticed the really nice, fancy chandeliers hanging from the ceilings and wondered why there wasn't a mod yet that adds them as buildable objects...that, and I'm getting sick of using those white and orange high-tech lights added by the Picket Fences magazine. So, I dove into CreationKit, grabbed the NIF, added some connect points so it could actually be placed properly, and voila! I made a small version that can fit in a one-story room (e.g. over a dining room table), a medium version that's good for a two-story room, and a large version that's the same size as the ones in Cabot House, so you'll need a pretty large room for that one.

These light up like any other light, they're not just a "dummy"--fully functional!

I was going to just use this for personal use, but I figured others might want a few new lighting options, even if it is only three.

KNOWN ISSUES: When you first place the chandelier, it will emit light just fine (assuming you have power), but the bulbs won't glow. To fix this, simply fast travel away from and back to the settlement (or leave the cell and come back, if on Survival). Or, you can save and quit to the main menu, then load the save. Both of these should make the bulbs glow properly. This is a similar issue that the Vault 88 lights have, and I have no idea how to fix it, so you'll just have to use this workaround.

Also, you might find it a bit difficult (or maybe even impossible) to place the small chandeliers directly over tables/counters/etc. Because of this, a mod like Place Everywhere is highly recommended.
