Got bored so decided to tackle one of the smaller if not smallest settlement.Fully walled in and contains all 6 emporiums and vanilla workbenches.Also all wired and powered for Transfer Settlements 1.41.Large bunkhouse for settlers and a large player home both of which are more or less furnished.Built a greenhouse on stilts to conserve room since there really isn't much to work with.Anyways didn't re-invent the wheel with this one but it's a nice clean functional settlement.

Would definitely recommend Place Everywhere by TheLich  so you can move the workbench or it will be in the middle of the settlement.Also you can scrap extra objects with it.("insert" key by default allows you to both move workbench and scrap extra objects)

 I use the "Scrap Everything"  by shadowslasher410 , "Spring Cleaning by nverjos" and "Spring Cleaning Compatibility Patch" mods to completely clear out the settlement beforehand. Make sure Spring Cleaning Compatibility patch is last in your load order of all the scrap mods. With these scrap mods just type "scrapall" (without quotations) in console and that will take care of most everything that needs to be cleared.
After that you will have 2-3 retaining walls which can be removed with  Place Everywhere by TheLich.


And although the trees and plants are from Homemaker if you want all the color you will need Fallout 4 Seasons - Grass - Trees -Plants -  Snow by GameDuchess. It's definitely worth getting and adds leaves,grass,plants and trees to the entire commonwealth along with a lot of colors.You can choose any of the 4 seasons.I'm using the spring version in the screenshots.
