DON'T EXPECT 60FPS WITH THIS BUILD!
While it uses only a minimum of mods, it is a massive build with over 4500 parts in the smallest spaces.

To play comfortably with a massive settlement, it is in your responsibility to find the happy medium between taxing mods, graphic adjustments and acceptable fps-rates.

Otherwise it isn't the build for you.

    ————————————————————————————————————

Can't stress it enough, but there is a reason why I got no bug-report tab.
This is a blueprint, not a mod.
Should there be any problems go to CDante's Transfer Settlement bug-report. You'll find all the solutions you need.

Have some quick-pointers on the way:

    • Follow the TransferSettlements instructions!

    • Keep your save clean and your load order in check.

    • Be patient! Even if it freezes for 5-10min on import.
    Just wait...

Temporarily Fix for falling through floors:
Stand in front of the illusive floor, save-load. Repeat till it is solid
again. Do this for every pitfall you encounter.

On survival you can save by using mods like "Usable Cigarettes".

CDante:"Import without animations will solve this problem."

I love the look of this; it fits perfectly with what I want to do with this space, but no matter what I do I can't get it to import properly. I've got a pretty beefy PC. I do have a long mod list, but nothing should interfere (hah). I get a CTD during the Stabilizing phase, around #1262 (a FH wall), every time. I'm using the Stable settings for TS, and have done all the TS optimizations for Parpyrus. The Papyrus logs don't show anything useful. Any thoughts?

    the blueprint is awesome, the only problem is that every time I import the blueprint and tryna save it the game will gon freezing and it doesn't seem it will be good to go. I'm using an i7-8750 CPU, gtx 1080 GPU and 16g memories, so I think, 's it is ok. I don't know why I cannot save the game I have tried like 10 times import the blueprints;

I have the same issue and same config as you. When the blueprint is imported, I can't fasttravel or save, or my game freeze and I have to close the game. I thought it was because the blueprint is kinda heavy, but I have few other colonies as big as this one and I have no problems, so I don't know where the issue come from...

This information will be helpful to you both, and anyone else:

Manually download the settlement blueprint. Do NOT use a mod manager unless the mod comes with other files. Go to your game folder - Data\F4SE\Plugins\Transfer Settlements\Blueprints. If you don't have this folder or any of the previous folders in the string, make them. You can store up to 50 blueprints within the Blueprints folder.

Open the zip or archive for the blueprint you downloaded. Some mod authors will already have the file structure inside, some will only have the blueprint file itself. You do not have to use the folder number the file comes in. You can make your own numbered folders. For example, you download a blueprint that comes in folder 5 but you want it to be folder 10. Do it! Just drag the blueprint .json file from the archive into your new, empty folder 10 and you're done.

You should also rename the files (which I recommend) so you can remember what they are. Some files have long names that may not make sense. Change it to something easy to recognize in your pip boy, such as: Sanctuary by [mod author] and then when you use Transfer Settlements in game, it will show as that title.

NOTE: After successfully importing your blueprint (and provided that you read the instructions and prepare to go far away for a few in game days) you may notice that when you attempt to fast travel or save your game it may appear that the game is frozen. Just wait. Sometimes saves or fast travel sit suspended for several minutes after import. It does eventually finish the save or travel.

      Patience is key.

While I'm literally scared to use this in my already heavily modded game, I really have to give you credit that it looks great.. Given the disclaimers about performance issues however and I can now understand why Diamond city, GoodNeighbor, and (Skyrim) Whiterun were all put in instanced world spaces.

I don't know if I will have an answer, but I will still try.
This mod look amazing, really look like something from MadMax or from first Fallout. Something perfect for my raider game and to be honest I didn't find a lot of blueprints good as that one.

    But I have a big issue :

    - Many structures just fly above the ground, high enough so I can move behind them. I was wondering if the blueprint import all things and checking on pics here, I've found the problem. In many pics, there is huge mounds of earth which reach junk walls and cover that wide open space. I'm just curious why they didn't appear on my game. It is from a mod ? I download all mods required and they're still not here. If someone has an idea, I will take it.

Thanks by advance and sorry for my english !

UPDATE : I found that my problem came for my misknowledge of SimSettlement. All these mounds of earth missing were just agricultural plots which needed to upgrade with time, same with every wide spots in the blueprint. Everything is good so, and the final blueprint is truly amazing !

No, you can’t. Using this without Sim Settlement would result in big chunks missing (especially around the border). But if your willing to put some elbow grease in it, you could try to compensate for the missing parts? I’d say the resulting import without SimS. amount to ~70% of the intended build.

Wow. This is really impressive, man. And I love that your required mod list is so tiny. Import worked perfectly!
