This is an edited version of Stoner's work on this website.
I edited the run speed for both the player and NPC so that when using 3rd person the animation doesn't feel off.

One thing to note:
Despite the players and NPCs having the same values for walking and running, on my playthrough I felt like I was always slightly faster than them, not by a huge margin like in the Vanilla game, but still worth consideration.
