- Added a way to rename Provisioners or Salvage Beacons' Comm Operators. They are removed from the WorkshopParent's RefCollectionAlias, put in mine, then put back in. Support for other mods which do that can be added easily.
- Redone the way unique NPCs can be blacklisted from renaming. More NPCs can now be added more easily.
- Removed the "Update DLC compatibility" menu entry from the Holotape and MCM. The function is now called on savegame load automatically.
