I've added an optional weather plugin to go along with the main file. Weather effects include various radstorms, rain patterns, and snow.  

This mod overhauls the overall visual appearance of the game inside and out. This is almost like having a ENB preset but it's not. Removal of fog and godrays, color adjustments giving you vibrancy you've never experienced before, adjustments to some of the lighting slightly all over the Commonwealth have given a new look to the game. Colors are less washed out and there is better light/shadow contrast. The weather effects are altered slightly. Fire, plasma, and laser FX are enhanced and check out a fireworks show while you're at it ;) These are all my own personal tweaks I made for my own PS4 experience and have decided to share.  


   This mod will conflict with other weather, lighting, fog, godray mods. I will not be making this compatible with other weather, lighting, or atmospheric mod so please don't ask or comment about it. This is meant to be its own standalone experience for Fallout 4. Try it, you might surprise yourself :)
This should be placed near the bottom of your load order.
