Replaces the Level Up Sound with Battlefield Friends' Noob celebrating a promotion or Duty Calls' first Rank Up

This mod will allow you to pick a new Level Up sound. Sounds up for selection are:
Check the Videos tab for previews!
To install, simply use a FOMOD-ready mod manager (such as NMM) and select the sound you want during install.
To uninstall, uninstall the mod via the mod manager or manually remove following files:
- Battlefield Friends' Noob (as requested by TheLegendOfAxie)
- Duty Calls' first Rank Up (to Master Sergeant Shooter Person)
