that is the horrible backstory of this place,
it is a island resort that i made because i thought there was not many other resorts in this location and many of them i have found are really.... lacking.
i fixed that
this location was made over the course of 4 days and has a small amount of required mods (i will break down what each does in its own section)

this resort is really condensed, like really condensed.
i wanted to add more clutter but after i put in the lights my computer wanted to cry and was dropping frames down to the 30's and lower when looking at the main building when my average is 60
REQUIRED MOD:
this resort ABSOLUTELY NEEDS: HOMEMAKER WITH THE INSTITUTE ADDON
 kinda needs build your own pool unless you want the pool to have no water in it
if you stumbled upon this you need to get tansfer settlements
mods that are required but can be let go
singing settlers ( the stage will be useless if you dont have this)
Creative Clutter ( A LOT of the things around the place will not be there if you dont have this, it cuts back on the lag though)
northland digger ( a couple of the crafting stations will not be there but this is the least impactful mod to get rid of
Renovated Decorations ( rugs, curtains and other things will be removed
any kind of power connector extender and power radiator expander
