Clean Egret Tours Marina
I've always loved the layout and design of Egret Tours Marina but the broken sidewalks and trash always bothered me so I took it upon myself to restore the settlement to near Pre-War condition. Perfect for the General of the Minutemen to restore the Commonwealth.
This mod work's best with Purple Radiation's "Egret Tours Marina Interior Buildings"
DISCLAIMER:
This mod does not add the greenery and restored building as seen in the video.
