Requires Nuka World DLC

This just edits the "Cappy in a Haystack" quest for Nuka World to make it easy to find the hidden code. Unmodded, the quest markers disappear when you get within a certain distance. Now they lead you right too the symbols. Now the only challenge is clearing the park to get to them. Tested, works great.

I'm working on doing the same for star cores and the park medalions, but those are a little trickier to get working right.
