A simple proof-of-concept plugin for F4SE that changes the default blue DualShock4 light bar color to match your HUD color.
Note that it currently doesn't catch updates to the HUD color (ie, if you change it through Settings). This will be addressed in a future version. You can work around this by turning your Pip-Boy light on and off.
The other colors the light bar changes to can already be changed through Fallout4Prefs.ini, simply add the settings (and change to your liking):
