This is a preset, put here by request.

The basic facial structure used here is basically all Dysthe's work, from his Cait replacer in this mod. I've done very little, aside from adding detail to and tweaking a finished base look.

To look anything like in the pic, it will also require:
Looksmenu
LooksMenu Customization Compendium
Azar's Ponytails

also used:

Immersive Mouth and Teeth (not essential but get it anyway because good one)
Valkyr Female Face and Body Textures (the face texture)
Eye Normal Map Fix Fallout 4 Edition

Honestly, you should grab the above mods regardless if you use this preset or not. They'll make your game more awesomerersome.

Do it now, and if you can, donate your hard-earned cash too.

Install:
Grab the above files
Place the .json file in the extracted archive in (Your game directory)\Data\F4SE\Plugins\F4EE\Presets

"Cait" should now show up in your presets in the looks menu. Load it, and you'll be the Cait.

Now, to put the look on Cait, face her, open the console and click her to get her ID. Type "SLM [the ID showing when you click her]" and hit Enter. Exit console, load the Cait preset to Cait's face and save.

You're done.

... OR you can go "AAAAAHAHAHAAA SCREW CAIT" and use the preset for yourself, or Carla the trader, or EVERYONE OF YOUR SETTLERS ("Gaaaaaryyyy?").
