Hey there!! I was wondering If I could release bodyslide files for this mod? I will ask the original creator as well but as the male version was done by you, I would like your permission as well.
If you go into Blender, load up the mesh, and then go into edit mode, you can select individual vertices. Make sure to toggle the little cube at the bottom of the screen that will make all of your vertices visible even through other meshes.
If you want to make this look more masculine, my suggestion would be to load up a base male body (I would suggest EVB Uncut) and THEN the outfit, then go vertice by vertice to make it so that the outfit mesh is outside of where the body is and closely aligns to the male body's form. This will give it the masculine appearance requested, including said "bulge" in the crotch area.
You've already done most of the work. This bit would be tedious work, but not as much as you might think; it would mostly be just lowering the breast area to match the pecks and raising the crotch so the genitals don't pop out (in Blender).
As for the Normals, you can use the Intel plugin to create that from the diffuse pretty easily.
These things would take the outfit from "Hilarious" to "Awesome".
