After years of frustration and painful indecision over what scrap was worth taking home and which I would be forced to leave behind I have decided to say, "Never Again!"
Ladies, Gentlemen...and everybody else here NOT sitting on a cushion... I give you the scavenger's dream, The Ground Pounder Modification System.

Beginning with the stunning T45 Powered Armor System and with some experience necessary (Scrapping 01 + scrounging 01) you can dramatically increase your packrat capacity by an additional two hundred LBS!
It gets better folks, with dedication and drive you will be able to upgrade advanced Powered Armor Systems such the stylish T51, the rugged T60 and even the crowd favorite ...the X01!
In the most recent patch, I added the rest of the backpacks for T51, T60, X01 and also tinkered with the stats a bit because I wanted the backpack to be in line with the chest mods you would be giving up for the extra carrying capacity. I hope you all enjoy the mod!

From the author:Since the first moment I saw the T45 Power Armor, I asked myself "Why don't I havea cargo loadout, I don't have pockets in the suit after all." I have patiently waited for someone to fulfill my fondest wish, power armor with immersive, non game breaking storage capacity.If you use the Jetpack version, you trade some carrying capacity for flight. Choose to forgoe flight and storage will become less of an issue. Every build is behind a perk wall, choose carefully! I hope you all enjoy this mod.

He did an amazing mesh mashup for the power armor backpacks, with that as a base it made my life a whole lot easier!
