Adds support for the new Special Recruits feature, fixes a bug and adds some quests to the Bounty Board on the Warplanners Desk.
The size has been reduced rather considerably due to some changes in kinggaths code, if you notice missing stuff please let me know. You may need to refresh your plots to bring all of the clutter back.

Not a full port no, I'll be making an SS2 pack after I've had some time to review the new builders toolkit and review how the new systems for SS2 balance.
I'm likely to make various plots that will be pretty typical industrial plots, a version of my scavver dispatch in the communications category, and I'm likely to make various versions of the robot building plots. I'll also likely make a power armor plot for the robot power armor.
Obviously the faction won't be in an SS2 version, and I have some additional ideas for radiant quests and such.
Certain plots won't be transferred at all, and others will be modified or combined.
After 6 months of pulling my hair out in frustration with random CTD's every 20 mins (and buffout unfortunately not diagnosing the issue across various mod load-outs) I disabled this mod and... everything seems to work again. Just an FYI for anyone who might be having similar issues.
I'm stuck on Rust devil mission! I've accepted a bounty from the war desk. Now the quest just says "Transmit Schematics to the Rust Devils." The war desk has no feature to let me turn it in. I have no clue what I'm suppose to do. There's no marker on my map. I don't see anyway to trasmit schematics to the rust devils. There's no special items in the workshop to let me do this either.
I was wondering which plots are dependent on the DLCs, particularly the Ammo Plant plot? I'm planning on a new F4 run but want to stagger the DLCs so I can finish the main game first before the downloading the DLCs (so they aren't annoying me with their notifs and enemies).
went into my level 3 dispatcher and found the quest note to start the quest. it says to see betty for the quest but nothing happens after I read the note. I get no quest started notification. I ran all over the settlement looking for someone named betty and I can't find anyone. Am I missing something
I have this same question, and if it does nothing why is it an optional file.
Edit: For anyone looking for info, found the answer on comment page 3, it atm pretty much does nothing apparently, a planned quest that has yet to be done as of the time of that response which was in 2018, the file is 2017 sooooo.
As others have mentioned, it doesn't really "do" anything, it's purely thematic.
At one time I'd intended to make it basically a radio station that would send you on radiant quests, but never got around to it.
As for why it's an optional file: In order for this new radio station to work correctly the files cannot be compressed. As a result, if I tried to include the optional file in the main add-on I would have had to uncompress all of the building plans as well, which would have caused massive file size increases for no reason. I didn't feel that was really a valuable change for what is ultimately a purely thematic addition.
I searched for a very long time what could be the problem, and so I found it .... When I play for this faction, after the storming of the settlement, civilians do not change into the clothes of slaves. I found ... this is a mistake of this particular faction pack .. why? NPCs change their names to prisoners, but DO NOT talk to me and DO NOT change into prisoner rags ..I can't even talk to them to dress them by hand Can you please help? Does anyone have the same problem, or has anyone met this already?
Probably a feature that was released after I stopped development on this add-on pack, so I don't have a setting or configuration for the feature you describe.
This add-on won't be getting any further updates however.

Open it and it'll have the option.

Thank you!
I have no idea which plots use which assets, I didn't pay that close of attention since all 6 DLCs were required anyway
Either way, thanks for this mod mytigio!
The notes in the dispatcher are random. Most are just thematic, a few start quests. They change daily. Betty isn't a quest, it's just a random note.
