I like the model and the texture. Why use the .esp?

Cuz military and ordinary duct tapes use same model and textures in vanilla.

Thanks for this. I too was curious why an .esp would be needed.

While the .esp is needed, I find it very obnoxious (for the item, not the creator) to have its own esp when this item barely does anything in game (that is seen by players). We have 255 esp limit, you know!

Ya the 255 .esp limit sucks. You can merge mods like mine with other similar mods here is a video on how to do it.

      http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/videos/1244/?

(I did not watch the video and don't know how well it works)

Then you will have one .esp for several smaller mods that do similar things. Sucks to have to take extra steps to get it all working but you do what you have to.

Also to this part of your comment "barely does anything in game (that is seen by players)"

Ya I understand that for most people most of the time it will not make a difference. My current playthrough is of a guy that has OCD from all the PTSD from losing his wife and kid and is going mad and hording everything he finds in his home in diamond city.So he has a lot of normal duct tape and military duct tape on the same shelf and it just all looked too uniform.

I think that inside camo texture would look better on the outside.

I got the idea for the Military Duct Tape from Fallout Shelter http://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/Military_duct_tape

But If you think it would look better on the outside you can always download GIMP ( https://www.gimp.org/ & .dds plugin https://code.google.com/archive/p/gimp-dds/downloads ) and edit the .dds yourself. It's really not too hard.I hope I don't sound like an ass telling you to go do it yourself. That's not how I mean it.

It's fun to do new things and editing textures is some of the easiest modding you can do.
