~Dad's Junk Box~
Hauling crafting materials cross-country for Preston always annoyed me...

He'd send me to some destroyed hole in the wall on the east end of nowhere, and once I get there I find that there's not enough materials to actually build the Recruitment Beacon and generator that he wants, so I had to go back to wherever I had kept all my materials, get stuff, and then travel back to Murkwater or wherever he'd sent me to.  This problem was made even worse in Survival mode, where weight limits are tighter and there's no fast traveling.

This mod adds a pair of boxes to each settlement that has an associated radiant to set up a recruitment beacon - Dad's junk box contains an assortment of miscellaneous items that convert into enough crafting materials to build a generator, water pump, and recruitment beacon, and Mom's junk box has a little more stuff, that generally makes adding a couple beds and doing a bit of gunsmithing or armorsmithing easier - I've also added a "stack of boards" to the settlements, that scraps down to 30 wood - enough to maybe make a couple walls or whatever you like.  All of the new items are all scrappable, but not buildable, so there shouldn't be any interference in your build lists, and with the exception of the two boxes and the boards, everything is vanilla, so you shouldn't have any major save file bloat.

There's two versions in the installer - one adds the boxes to all settlements, and the other only adds them to the settlements that can have the "build a beacon" radiant quest.   I tried not to place the boxes next to the workbench - that seemed kinda extra-cheaty, so you might have to look around for them a little bit, and Mom always liked to keep hers in an out of the way corner - maybe it's because of the box of rat poison she keeps in it.
