Fallout 4

About this mod

This Version of Jamaica Plain combines the need for a strong military presence in southern Boston with the benefits of a trade station. It provides space for 25 settlers, lots of ressources and has an approved defensive system. All you need are the Fallout 4 DLCs, since it was built without mods - aesthetically pleasing as possible.

After the conquest of the Castle, the Minutemen realized the chances of expanding their territory southwards. It was seen as the keystone to stability and recolonization of the Commonwealth. For these reasons several patrols were sent out to scout for suitable locations. All of them reported about a small town in between Quincy and Gunners Plaza, called Jamaica Plain.

During the process of its completion, the knowledge of a new military trading outpost spread quickly around Boston, and so did the numbers of its settlers. And although Jamaica might have reached its climax in population, its existance will continue to help repopulate abandoned regions in the south.
