Literally nobody will find this funny other than a few of my friends.
Instructions:
1. Go to \...\Documents\My Games\Fallout4 and find Fallout4.ini
2. Under [Archive] find the line:
sResourceDataDirsFinal=STRINGS\
and replace it with:
sResourceDataDirsFinal=STRINGS\, TEXTURES\, MUSIC\, SOUND\, INTERFACE\, MESHES\, PROGRAMS\, MATERIALS\, LODSETTINGS\, VIS\, MISC\, SCRIPTS\, SHADERSFX\
3. Download and extract the mod files and copy the Sound folder into:
(on 64-bit machines)
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Fallout 4\Data
(on 32-bit machines)
C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\Fallout 4\Data
