Special 10 for Charisma, pop a Daddy-O before grabbing the SPECIAL book and take another point in Charisma, then find the bobblehead. This allows you to hit 12 Charisma, which allows for 22 settlers in your settlements before any items or special effects apply.
idk if its just me... but all the sim buildings are structures but not the sim structures... i can't delete them, the foundations are gone and in all just look terribel for me.. and idea how to fix? other than that it's some decent builds i dont have to add anything :3
All of the buildings from sims settlements *should* have foundations, do you have the correct version? The author seems to be updating it regularly and recently added 2x2 building support.
Also, the "sims settlements" mod comes with a holotape that, if you press the right button, will allow you to completely destroy those structures in a clean fashion prior to its uninstall.
After downloading the 18. april version 1.1.1 of sim settlement and the 21. april lvl 30 savegame from All settlements complete and fortified new game plus everything seems to be working correct

are all settlements in this mod built by you? or we can inherit our old settlements from our another old save files?@ @
