This mod adds a new outfit to the Wasteland, inspired by the Ulysses Duster.
The outfit has various reference to the Old World, for example the Poseidon Energy labeled bag.

- Brown wide-brimmed fedora
The coat adds +1 to Perception and Charisma, and so does the hat.
Both can be found in the dufflebag near a new added police cruiser, in the parking lot of the Drumlin Diner.
