Cynthia. War veteran.
Wanted her to look decent but did not want makeup, so did this and was satisfied with it. I don't really like how she looks w/o glasses but she looks good with them on.

Note: She'll need certain mods so she can look like the screenshots.

- Rad-Ban Eyewear Inc. (specifically the black Tortoiseshell if ya want da glasses)
- Any mod that makes the teeth white
- Vivid Hair Colors
- War Veteran Female Sole Survivor
ALSO
- Kirs freckles since I forgot she actually had light freckles

INSTALLATION
- Drop the Cynthia Frost.json file into Data/F4SE/Plugins/F4EE/Presets
- Select Cynthia Frost in the Presets Menu of the LooksMenu
