What does this mod do?

Adds 2 new rooms to the cottage in North-End and now a basement!

Removes 90% of furniture inside allowing you to create your own home inside this cosy abode!

Why did I do this?

Ever since I first came across this little cottage, I wanted to make it my player home, at the time I didn't even think of using the creation kit to do so, therefore I didn't do anything to it. After seeing many youtube videos of people decorating custom settlements, I thought 'hey why not?' so I revamped the house to make it fit for decoration!

Where can I find the cottage, I don't know where it is?

Do I need anything for this mod to work?
No, it works on its own, however if you want to build inside you will need to place a workshop via console commands or use one of these two mods:
http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/1050/?
http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/12511/?
Personally I use the first one, as that was the one first released and I have been using it ever since!
(To hide the workshop once it is placed, open the console and click on the workshop, then type 'disable' this will hide the workshop but will still allow you to build)

How do I install this?

Download Nexus Mod Manager and click on the 'Install with NMM' button at the top of the page.

Manually:

Download the file with the 'Install Manually' button at the top of the page.

Locate your Fallout 4 data folder.

Drop the .esp file inside

Start up the game and voila!

Future Plans
Hope to add a mass fusion/arcjet systems style laboratory connected to the basement in the same cell or via a door, if you have any suggestions please do share!

If you find any bugs/glitches, please do submit it in the bugs tab, please also provide a screenshot so I can see :)
