Removes the collision mesh from the tower at Abernathy Farm, also now a new version that gives it a fully detailed collision mesh.

By request: Replaces the collision of the electrical tower at Abernathy Farm with a fully detailed mesh for those that wants to build high up on the inside or around it. Normally, making fully meshed collisions should be avoided since it's more taxing on your system than more blocky ones but it shouldn't cause any trouble with just this one, even if it's big.
In any case, the old version still remains that simply just removes the collision completely, making it possible to just walk (and fall) through all of its meshes.
