After losing it to Preston's annoying settlement habit and Marcy's attitude, I decided to turn Sanctuary into a prison while I took over the commonwealth. In my playthrough, I was leading the Minutemen and the raiders. The only one's who knew the truth were now locked away in Sanctuary.
