dude this is so awesome! if you ever decide to make one of your revovler models into an actual mod i will be right fucking there honestly if you make any of em but this one epecially as i literally have only ever seen one other pepper box mod and it looks good but it isnt my style unlike this which is fucking awesome!!!

This is a gorgeous model! I don't think I've ever seen a pepperbox in a video game before. Holy shit. If I had more modding experience I'd import this myself! :(

It is a cool weapon. Probably makes more game sense in use as a belly gun range shotgun though. The hammer rising and falling in the sight plane hardly qualifies it for a match weapon, except as a side match at a Cowboy Action shoot...
You made it as a cap and ball, of course it will probably be used by someone as a cartridge firearm. Game don't model black gunpowder, alas. (Fan of old smokepoles here...) Certainly not unfeasible considering the existence of the Krist Cartridge Converter and others for making cap and ball revolvers into fixed round users.
They were certainly interesting side branches of firearm evolution, but also certainly a dead end one quickly superseded by Colt's Patent. I admit that I would be interested in one of those Victorian age British sidearms like the Lanchester four barrel jobbers. Thought they were funky in the Space 1889 rpg (paper/pencil).
It is unavoidable to use it as a cartridge firearm during the game. Because it's a system to say so. There is no choice but to do this. Still I am improving the atmosphere of this old gun as much as possible and improving it slightly so that it can be used in games. It will be nice if you can exchange the cylinder quickly.
About Lanchester 4 barrel Pistol. It is a very unique gun. It was as if I had made a COP. 357 pistol in my old days. Thanks for the interesting story.
I really like the model. It could get more detailed/rusty textures and some blue tape (joke) in order to make it look old or handmade etc. With some custom anims it would be super cool handgun!

I believe it's a precursor to the shotgun, my guess is that it revolved so the user didn't have to reload it every shot? But don't quote my on that one.
