Hi and thanks for looking, this is a work in progress red rocket resort 

i'm uploading this as a test and to get feedback as i've had the settlement shelved for a while as my pc is having problems with frame rates

i have an i7 running at 4.2Ghz, 16Gb ram and a gtx 1070 and in parts of the settlement i go as low as 20fps lol

this is my 1st upload so please be kind :) i will be following this up with another settlement i built on spectacle island in the coming days thats a little more complete

a brief over view of the settlement:
it started off as just a player fortress but decided to expand this to also having a resort built on top as cover for what lies beneath 
the resort will when finished contain fully decorated shops and a medical clinic, a roof top pool (almost finished) with pool bar above with seating and sun-loungers, 8 apartments below the penthouse oh and a nice sized restaurant with open kitchen and plenty of seating

below will be a factory making items for the shops to sell and a player HQ with armoury and workshop along with power armour work area and storage and 2nd player quarters 

Anyway  like i said i welcome your feedback and would be interested to know if anyone can run it at a decent framerate i will be upgrading in the coming months so hopefully i will be able to build even crazier settlements in the future

Please note the saved settlement is in slot 10 if you already have a saved settlement in slot 10 you can rename the folder to change the slot used

please note the red rocket site was completely cleared before i started building using 
Spring Cleaning & Place Everywhere with the expanded items option active

New for version 0.75:
apartment block almost finished and i have started kitting out the apartments
shops are also in the process of being kitted out along with the restaurant and medical centre
modified secure lift to underground manufacturing and secure command centre
buildings now look more robust and more structurally sound :)

still to do....... lots :)
