Places that have them, can't think of anywhere specific off the top of my head, but all of the jukeboxes will play Diamond City Radio instead of classical music.
Completely compatible! I just tried one out in the field, and then I tuned it to FNGS, no problem at all.
(The inestimable Reneer has it so most anything that plays transmissions can be tuned, I've had fun getting ham radio sets to play Moses Pendegrast...)
If you end up adding Reneer's to your LO, remember that starting out it may seem to not work as it's adjusting to your stations. The trick is to save your game and reload, only have to do it once. I had FGNS playing on the radio in Pre-War Sanctuary doing this trick.
