  I am generally quite skeptical of anything "universal" in the mod world. Modding is so fragmented and evolving that making a framework or system that covers all the major mods is nearly impossible.
  
  That said, I love what RageYT0 is doing with "Universal Patch Installer". Their heart is in the right place and it seems like they are off to a great start.
  
  BUT...
  
  If that project is just one person's labour of love, it will eventually falter and fail. Especially if it becomes widely used and the burden of supporting thousands or tends of thousands of users becomes overwhelming.
  
  The only way it will last and become something truly foundational for FO4 players (and maybe someday Skyrim and TES6 players too) is if RageYT0 has LOTS of support. That me...
