Be like Nick Vilentine right from beggining! A very good starting gear for your detective playtrought!

Starting gear for an Private Investigator playtrough!
What:
- PI .38 (.44 model)
uses .38 ammo
Very little AP cost
Damage 45
Better Rate of fire than .44 variant
- PI. Coat (Faded trench coat model)
outfit armor 80
+2 Charisma (damm, you look good!)
- PI. Fedora (Worn Fedora Model)
Hat armor 20
+1 Char + 1 End (You look good em tough!)
- PI. Sunglasses (sunglasses model)
+1 Char + 1 End (badass)
Where:
On your neighbor's house on sanctuary! Just leave your house and go to next house on your right, on the living room!
Why:
A very powerfull gear in the beggning, not so much for endgame...
If you feel like be awesome like Nick Valentine, but feel so unprotected with the clothes that him gave to you, here's an alternative!
And is right on sanctuary, so you can have it soon! And for the same reason, I put an .38 revolver, so you can have some ammo for it! And since has a lesses caliber than .44 it kick's a lot less, so you can shot more.
If the gear looks to overpowered, I do sugest to use some damage rebalance mod, I do use "Brutality" so this weapons and armor dont feel too powerful!

Ps. Sadly I'm unemployed for too long to buy any DLC's, so all sugestions must be restricted to the vanilla game!
