Fallout 4 lacks a lot of roleplay like the previous iterations as your character in this one has some history to them that's mentioned but never expanded upon or even remotely used. After a full playthrough with both sexes I decided to remedy this as I figured the BOS would be all "Oh? You're former US Army? We could use that!" besides the initial "Cool story bro" at the end of 'Call to Arms' if you're playing Nate, and for Nora I figured the Rail Road or the Institute would be all "You have a college education! GIVE US YOUR KNOWLEDGE." But no, none of that...

So anyways, Nora was a college grad with a law degree. I aimed at giving her nine perks geared to someone that has a law degree would have. For Nate, being in the 2-108th INF odds were he was an infantryman. Which means military training and combat experience. So he has perks geared in that direction.

To install, drop the Nate.txt and Nora.txt in the install directory

To use, after you create your character you simply open console with ~ and type bat Nora or bat Nate

I didn't mess with any of the SPECIAL attributes as if you're using this you're already likely to allocate the SPECIAL as you see fit for roleplay.
