This is simply a retexture of nitronizer's male Proto Vault Suit in blue to be slightly darker. It is roughly the same shade as the female suit now. It always bugged me that male NPCs had a significantly lighter tint to their Vault Suits - made especially obvious when you visit the in-game Vaults and see them side by side - and besides, the darker (and closer to the original Fallout games) the better IMO. I made the Worn Vault Suit a bit lighter than the New Vault Suit to simulate that it is sun-bleached and washed out. Needless to say, it is male only because the point is just to match it to the female suit. Just drag and drop into your existing installation of the Proto Vault Suit and overwrite the two male diffuse texture files located in Data\Textures\Clothes\Vaultsuit.
