A red chinese special force beret cap, and a powerful armour with front cover from the Courser X-92 suit and boots from the Chinese stealth suit, and packed with useful perks: Freefall (65%),Solar powered (regenerate both HP and Rad), while sneaking:+30% movement speed , and auotmatically into Chameleon mod if in "CAUTION".

This PLA Sea Dragon Suit was supposed to be used by the chinese special force's "Sea dragon" unit. This suit and a red chinese special force beret cap can be found on a desk in the captain's quarters of the Yangtza submarine where the Chinese officer sword located --- when in the submarine, take the left side stair to the lower floor, turn into the first door on your right, then first door on your right again.
The suit's has copied quite a few features from the Courser X-92 suit and copied the boots from the Chinese stealth suit. Packed with useful perks: Freefall -- Reduces falling damage by 65%,
Solar powered -- regenerate both Health and Rad between 6am - 7pm with faster regeneration speed,
While sneaking:+30% movement speed , and auotmatically into Chameleon mod if in "CAUTION".
Also with Legendary effects:
cap: Increases Action Point refresh speed.
suit: Increases movement speed by 10%.
