But there are no changes to the Environments or Enemys.

Installation:
Documents --> My Games --> Fallout4
Option A: Replace the .ini with the one I modified. (Backup first)
Option B: Just change the lines in your Fallout4.ini and save it:
[General]
bDisableAllGore=1
[ScreenSplatter]
bBloodSplatterEnabled=0
[Archive]
sResourceDataDirsFinal=STRINGS\, INTERFACE\, TEXTURES\, SOUND\, MESHES\, MUSIC\, LODSETTINGS\, SCRIPTS\, VIDEO\
(The last line just activates Texture Mods etc. and is optional)
