    You can play normally, when you reach the missions that I mentioned in the DESC tab is when the original plot changes.

    I sugest play the normal Main storyline:(http://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/Fallout_4_quests)

    *Prologue - The prologue is set in the year 2077, and consists of a single quest, which does not appear in the player character's quest log.
    *Act1 - begins when the Sole Survivor awakens in the year 2287, over 200 years after entering their cryo pod in Vault 111.
    *Act2 - The beginning of act 2 is heralded by the arrival of The Prydwen, and opens up the majority of the Brotherhood of Steel quests.
    *Act3 - You reach Institutionalized (The first time that you reach the institute).

    At this point you can do side quest and radiant missions for all the factions, only be carefull of dont take dialogs that can kick off of the faction.

    *play all missions of RailRoad until "Underground Undercover" (this mission get in wait with - Continue working for Father), be sure of do the side quest Memory Interrupted and Operation Ticonderoga before of the institute mission - Powering Up.

    *Play all missions of BOS until "Tactical Thinking" (This mission get in wait after you talk with Cap. Kells).

    *Play all missions of The Minutmen until "Inside Job", this is the end of main missions of this faction, you get "Form Ranks" and other only if you get kicked off of the institute or BOS.

    *Play all missions of The Institute until "Powering Up".

    *Until this point you can do all these missions in any order.

    *Minor changes are done in some quests for prevent being kicked off and other for maintain the main plot working well.

    *Main Mod changes begins, start the mission "End Of The Line" from The Institute, if you have "Underground Undercover" with the plot - keep working with father Z-14 go to ask to talk with you after the Director's meet, talk with him, after of it, talk with father, him sends you to kill all Members of RailRoad, do fast travel to RaildRoad HQ, talk with Desdemona, in this point you have take the choice, help RailRoad or kill them, if you help them, you don't go to be kicked off of any faction if you kill all BOS soldiers sended to destroy the RialRoad. This concludes the BOS "Tactical Thinking" destroy the RailRoad. Only need inform to Cap. Kells that the mission has be done (an lie that keep RR Alive). The same thing you go to do when you inform to Father. But it is not soo easy, you must kill all BOS Soldiers in the RR HQ before 1 minute or the ruse do notwork.

    *Since this point the mission's go to appears in one progresive line ending with the superficial CIT destruction and geting the last main mission with the BOS to get the grade of Sentinel.


    Note:
    I cut, added, modified and changed many things in the plot of the history but no all are visually perceptible.
    There are many things to do to give more coherence to the changes but right now the mod is completely functional to keep all factions alive.

      Ok, I am a bit confused. I completed Powering Up to include firing up the Institutes reactor. Now how am I supposed to finish out the BOS faction quests since it is the Berylium Agitator I used to fire up the reactor that is needed to fire up Liberty Prime? I went ahead and used console to give myself a second Berylium Agitator but I do not see any way to get the Liberty Prime quest moving.. Also I now have the Institute wanting me to do "Airship Down" Which obviously I cannot do and still become a Sentinel.. So did I screw up???

      I killed all the BOS attackers in time at the Railroad HQ, Church and Catacombs and reported back to Kells but he didn't give me Ad Victorium so I went to Father - Father starts Airship Down - If I help the Institute plant the virus on Liberty Prime and it takes out the Prydwen that would pretty much mean no Sentinel rank with the BOS wouldn't it?!?! I guess I wasn't supposed to complete Powering Up for all this to work correctly and it is not possible to end as both Director of the Institute and Sentinel for BOS

      Take easy it my friend, all go fine for now, you can do the Institute "Airship Down" mission, you dont go to become enemy of BoS, only have caution of dont kill any esential BoS member, only do the asignaments that the quest requires to do. After this mission you go to get the next BoS mission with LP.

      A few minor issues - you must wait for Elder Maxson to drop into the round hatch in the Institute Reactor area during Ad Victorum or he will not finish the conversation and call for the teleport out. Once back at the Institute for Nuclear Family none of the doors leading to Father would work most were blocked with a laser grid.. had to use the TCL console command to get to him for the needed conversation but after talking to him and the end credits - the doors are back to normal

      New Issue: Script now appears to be broken for Precipice of War: after killing the BOS in the escape tunnel then in the Old North Church the Quest ends but when you go to speak with Desdemona for End of the Line everyone is still acting like the battle is still on-going for Precipice of War.. if you use Console to check player.sqs rr302 it shows the quest stopped at 10600 skipping 10500 and cannot be completed even if you try to restart the quest with console commands - after it shows at stopped there is no going forward.

      It sounds strange, it has never happened to me, do not you have another mod that alters in some way the main missions of the 3 factions involved in this point? (Minuteman, Railroad or BOS)

      The part you mention with Elder Maxson does have a bug on occasion, you just have to save the game and reload it without having to leave the game.

      In the part of returning to the Institute to speak with Father the doors are blocked because you have to go through the levador and re-enter through the lower part, as when doing the Institutionalized mission.

      My Problems BEGAN with AIrship down. THe quest marker directed me to an empty piece of floor in the middle of a hanger. I had to use the console to force the quest to progress all the way through. and then that's when everything just stopped. Nuclear family didn't start, I could start any other quest. I am literally stuck with a lvl 500+ character that I CANNOT afford to abandon.

      And suddanly you started with End Of The Line. What about Tactical Thinking for BOS, Undergroung Undercover for Railroad, Inside Job For Minutemen and Povering Up for Institute??
      If we continue with powering up, then we can't continiue with BOS coz we need berilium for both for institue and BOS; there is only one berilium!!!
      There are many points not clear how to proceed..

    Wanted to drop a note and say this mod still works just fine (at least in my latest playthrough).

    Here are some tips I've gleaned from posts here as well as my playthrough.

    Note: there may be spoilers for those uninitiated. I'll try to keep them vague, but helpful, if possible.

    MM: play up to "Old Guns".

    RR: play up to "Underground Undercover" until it says "continue working with Father". I did complete (up to and including) "Memory Interrupted" and "Operation Ticonderoga".

    BoS: play up to "Tactical Thinking". Talk to Kells and he asks you to destroy the RR. Ingram asks you to retrieve P.A.M. Agree and don't do anything. You'll see a message box pop-up from the mod author saying as much. Don't do anything at this point aside from accepting the quest.

    Institute:  play up to "Powering Up".

    Tips:
    - Every time it says "you'll become the enemy of BoS..." (when going through the Relay at the Institute) you can ignore it. You'll see this first with "Mass Fusion". I did the mission WITHOUT Allie b/c I didn't want her to draw fire from the BoS. I was still friendly to them but I wasn't sure they would be friendly to her. Perhaps they would've ignored her since she was me but I didn't want to take that chance. You can take her and let us know what happens!

    - You'll see the "you'll become the enemy of BoS..." message at least three times if everything goes smoothly. Maybe more if you step into the Relay multiple times (as I did - I'll explain later). Ignore the warning as you'll still be friendly unless you've fired upon them at any time.

    - When playing "Mass Fusion" do NOT fire upon any faction allies and you'll get through w/o firing even one round. I went through the entire mission and ignored both BoS and synths (at the lobby level while leaving the building). I also did not encounter the robots guarding the agitator as there is a way to disable their security protocols via two different terminals on that level.

    - In "End of the Line", warn Desdemona and take out the BoS invaders within the time designated. Remember you're on the clock for the catacombs and church. Once you've taken them out, you'll need to wait the timer out - curiously, it doesn't stop b/c you've eliminated all enemies. In any case, you do NOT need to speak to Des again. You'll note that step is completed and it's time to move on to the next mission.

    - In "Airship Down", sabotage as directed per mission briefing and you'll be fine. Again, don't fire upon any allies, either BoS or synth.

    - After "Nuclear Family", it will switch over to the BoS side. "Tactical Thinking" will complete on it's own at some point during the Institute portion.

    - "Ad Victoriam" plays normally. I DID shoot some synths who went hostile while I was following Prime but I still remained allied with the Institute in the end.

    - In "The Nuclear Option", I went through robotics and popped out at the old section of Bioscience. I DID shoot some synths who went hostile but ignored any who remained green. I did run past a few hostile ones, as well, w/o engaging them as I wanted to be sure to remain allied with the Institute. There was some funky stuff going on at the Relay. The instructions said to "Talk to Maxson again" (or somesuch) and "Talk to Ingram". Well, I had no idea where Maxson was (I was in the Relay room) but I talked to Ingram and she told me to enter the Relay when ready. I got in the Relay and... nothing. I did it again. And again. And again. And probably about five more times to no avail. This is what I meant about get that "hostile to BoS" message b/c I got that warning each time I tried.

    In any case, after my last attempt, I stood there on the Relay wondering if I'd need to hit the console to setstage when it Realyed me out. I guess I had to stand there and wait. Hurry up and wait. Just like real life.

    It's worth mentioning when I initially materialized into the Relay Room it was super bright. I followed someone else's advice in another post and saved the game and reloaded and everything looked normal then.

    Anyway, you blow up the Institute (but not really) and everything is great on the BoS end.

    Thus far, all four factions are fine. I'm doing missions from Kells (I hadn't spoken to him my whole time in the BoS until "Tactical Thinking") and the BoS are under the impression the MM blew up the Institute.

    I haven't done anything else with the MM besides the radiant quests. Preston asked me if I evacuated the Institute before blowing it up and I turned and walked away because all of the answers were variations of "No", "No", "No", and "No." So I just ignored him and he's never mentioned it again.

    Haven't done any other RR missions post-explosion. Des did tell me "wiping out the Institute was great. You're awesome, etc." And, curiously, Glory was alive during the clear-the-catacombs-and-church minigame. Haven't seen her since but I've not been looking either. Not my favorite synth.

    Haven't done anything with the Institute either. The fast travel point to the Institute is still there so you can still get in (someone mentioned you may encounter a bug where it's no longer there but the author provided a patch for it. I'm not currently using it). Note there IS a huge crater on the map and the rads are pretty much off the charts. I wouldn't suggest lingering.

    Anyway, sorry for being long-winded but there was a lot to cover and a TL:DR wouldn't have been possible.

    After I destroy The generator I was teleported away from Airport and Then BEWM, disabled Control and i can't move my character and there is no scene playin? Im just standing Without HUD, without Scene, Nothing at all :/ EVERYTHING IS NOTHING.... My character Just standing away From Airport with nothing happening While Courser just standing There Like "How we gonna wait?"

    UPDATE: Upon Checking on CREATION KIT INSTITUTE QUESTS. THE PHASE was stop on 4(Where the part they got in safety after Teleport). The PHASE 5(Scene Where the Pydwen should Crash Down) and 6(Which part The quests should Completed) was missing Thats why the character Stuck after teleportation. Someone Know how to Take back the Phase 6 Only? Where quests is completed


    By any chance, you using the Start Me Up mod or any mod loaded after snike01.esp that modifies Airship Down and Nuclear Option quests?

      Start Me Up modifies main quests for the alternative story to make sense yeah... You could be fine if you load this after but it would only make sense if you play with the original history route, where you are in fact still Shaun's parent.

    I think I did something wrong or there is a mod conflict. Anyways I think I know where I messed up I should of had the minutemen build the way into the institute because new dawn and nuclear family never triggered Shaun is still alive and the evacuation thing is still blaring and the rooms are still locked. Guess I will have to start a fresh game and see if making the minutemen build the device to get in fixes it. That said all 4 factions are still functional though some of the side quests got broken for me like house divided. All in all it's a good mod but it conflicts with the face maxson mod i have to move the load order around to do certain things.

      Alright so I have confirmed you have to get the minutemen to build the way into the institute or it breaks this mods questline. Also confirmed that face Maxson so you can save Danse conflicts with this mod. Recently tested out amazing follower tweaks and it conflicts with this mod due to changing some of the quests. I haven't installed Project Valkyrie but I am assuming it will conflict with this because it changes things in the game so that all 4 factions are alive at the end of the game. Anything else I discover I will let you know about it.

    How do you get Tina de Luca as a companion? She only talks about how shes happy about bobby getting help. She usually has the option to be a settler, but not a companion.

      You can try to force her as a companion with mods like AFT (Amazing follower tweak) or similar.

      Make her a settler at one of your settlements which unlocks the ability to trade and control her. Then have unlimited companion framework installed because AFT actually conflicts with this mod because it changes some of the quests. Once you do all that you can use the unlimited companion framework to make her a follower via the settings of the mod.

    Does this mod change the look of the map as well? After installing this my map changed. If so, how can I disable the new map without removing the mod?

    you do know that project Valkyrie does the same thing keeping all factions alive but even more options to the story line without breaking the game or story it's a better mod.

      Late reply ) As much as i appreciate the work that was put in Project Valkyrie , and the Sarah story , the rest is utter nonsense . The Golden Brotherhood HQ is awful , the whole ''pimp'' story is designed for teenagers with no regard for consistency, the Institute becomes a joke (more pimps ofc) the redesign of the Institute HQ is awful , the design disparity between the base game and the mod is a sore eye , and ofc ...pimp ..lots and lots. I really liked the Sarah Lyons story , the voice actor did a great job and the story was nice and neat. And its so good that it almost made me keep the mod ..but the rest is so awful that i could not bare with it .So this mod is a good alternative.

      Agreed, once I finished Lyons story, saw the Pimpstitute, loaded an old save, and just left that mod alone, aside from having Owen along as my Squire. He's fantastic with a Minigun :P

      Well I do.... but that's because this Mod broke the entire story line once I got to Airship down and the author hasn't been able to help me fix the problem. causing me to abort a 50 hour character and start from scratch

    I hope the Author is still around to help with troubleshoot cause I have a big problem. Airship down is broken for me. I relay into the Airport and the quest marker sends me to just the middle of the airport building ground floor with no terminal in sight. I have no idea what to do and need help
