Hi there! i own My very own GPD Win, a portable windows console akin to a 3ds that runs windows, that i wished to play fallout 4 on which is why
i made this mod, an extremely extremely low end texture pack with some textures at 64 by 64 resolution, some textures at 48, by 48 resolution and some
even as low as 32, by 32 resolution! also included is my own custom ini file, which lowers the resolution and sets everything to extremely low (draw distance grass etc). your fallout 4 will look poopy so if your squeamishly biased against low resolutions look away young child!!
i admit, framerate isin't perfect all the time with this, but it is quite playable especially if you use vats!
To install my mod, unpackage the zip file and replace the ini file's in the fallout 4 document's folder of your pc with them, and to install the textures, take the texture folder from my zip and copy it into the data folder found wherever you've installed your fallout 4 too. Simple! however to get the custom resolution working from the ini file, your going to need the upscale mod found here :

i would also like to suggest you use the insignificant object remover for a few extra frames, excellent mod by the way
