So this is another highly customizable settlement overhaul. You can basically remove everything except the original cabins.
i'd love to have your feedback on things like frame rate and overall balance of the mod. i've tried to make it quite hard to beat but with lots of ways to do it. so don't hesitate to share your experience.

HOW TO MAKE IT WORK :
because of the size and contents of this mod, a few people have experienced crashes upon arriving to Sunshine Tidings. Here is a compilation of working solutions proposed in the comments :
- put it last (or low) in your load order
- it apparently conflicts with the mod "workshop rearranged" (on ps4)
- Try loading it at different stages of the automatron quest (some people reported having to start the automatron quest before loading the mod)
- approach the location very slowly to give it time to load all the enemies and buildings (After clearing the enemies the problem should be fixed)
- delete and reinstall
if none of these works or you find another solution don't hesitate to share.
what's inside :
- Custom robot workbench
- Custom cooking stoves
- Custom robot security system (accessible from the controls in the main tower and/or warehouse)
- Custom robot provisioners (accessible from the controls in the main tower and/or warehouse)
- Custom water pump (do not interact with it -other than to scrap it if you want to- as you will get trapped)
- Interactive gate, lift and platform
- two custom robots (potential companions)
- two unique assaultron blades
- Lots of lore : (3 notes, 2 holotapes, 12 terminal entries)
- Interactive lights for the whole city (from the breakers in the main tower) (may cause the framerate to drop a bit)
- a scrap board in the schoolroom that allows quick removal of several decorating items (like raiders junk and clutter and trashes).
When to load this mod :
- it can be loaded before activating the settlement. it should still be part of the radiant quests to access it or simply by going there.
- do not load it from a save where you already are at sunshine tidings (first you may get killed and second the lifts and gate may not work)
Minor known issues :
- elevator, platform and gate may not work at first : you need to refresh/reset the cell for them to work
- Some cabins may move to their original position when a save is loaded (and some original buildings may spawn back). It can be fixed by restarting the game (and the problem should not reappear).
A few notes on How to use it :
- There are a lot of tough rust devils in this place but they're not the only enemies there and the enemy of my enemy can be my friend ... or just another enemy.
- Professor Goodfeels : he is hidden somewhere but can be summoned by a button in the control center. However if you had already activated this settlement prior to loading the mod he may just have disappeared as he does in the vanilla version.
- Some of the added custom bots are essential and can be used as provisioners between settlements. To use them properly you'll need to relocate them to another settlement prior to assigning them to a caravan. (but you don't need to wait for them to actually arrive at the other settlement)
- Some of the defense bots are not essential but can still be moved to other settlements (which mean they may die in transit).
- to remove the electrical wires, you can store them in the workshop. if you try to move them like normal cables they will get stuck and you won't be able to store them in the workshop without either quitting to the main menu or saving/reloading.
- if you're planning on scrapping the main tower, don't forget to turn off the lights before you remove the breakers.
- if you've already activated the settlement a nice playthrough can be to relocate a massive army of settlers there to help you retake the place.
