Dead Sun Weather, a.k.a. "Orange Colored Sky" ...in one word --ORANGE--
This mod adds a grim, rust-colored climate to the wasteland, keeping the rain and other weather effects, while giving a dark and eerie tone to Fallout's post-apocalyptic Massachusetts. If you have an interest in the story, the Overseer's terminal in Vault 111 holds an account of how this ravaged world came to be.
Main & DLC files are Standalone, and can be downloaded independently of one another.

It's not based on the song from the game, but rather on a decade old dream I had about the sun dying, in which, oddly enough, I was being chased down a beach by ravenous feral dogs, and a burnt, brown sky churned eerily low above my head, with dark orange light peering menacingly through the cracks of the cloud cover, while those bastard dogs inched ever closer to my tired, sprinting flesh... The song just worked well.
